Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Linkdful, including linkdful.com and the Linkdful app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Linkdful.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• If you sign in with Google, your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms.

Communities and events

• Communities are created and run by their admins, who decide who can join and set their own rules. Admins and moderators may remove members, content and RSVPs within their community.
• Events are organised by community members, not by Linkdful. We are not responsible for events themselves — including their safety, accuracy, cancellation or anything that happens at them. Use good judgement when meeting people in person.
• RSVPs are subject to the event's capacity and can be changed or removed by the event organiser or community admins.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post — such as messages, event details and photos. You give us permission to store, display and share it within the Service as needed to run it (for example, showing your chat messages to other members of the community). You're responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Spam other members or use the Service to advertise without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, disrupt the Service, or scrape it with automated tools.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your PayPal account; cancellation stops future charges. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refunded.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Linkdful and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put other users or the Service at risk.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Linkdful running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Linkdful is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content posted by users, or for anything arising from events organised through the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know through the service or by email. Continuing to use Linkdful after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
